At The Pinnacle – Costa Rica, we aim to make every stay seamless and enjoyable. To ensure clarity for our guests, please review our key policies below.
Villa Reservation Terms
For added flexibility, villa reservations follow the cancellation schedule below:

100% refund for cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival

50% refund for cancellations made 30–60 days prior to arrival

No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: After 4:00 PM (Local Time)

Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM (Local Time)

Late check-out requests may be available but are not guaranteed. Fees may apply.
Pets & Smoking

The Pinnacle maintains a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Violations may result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet Hours & Community Guidelines

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and enforced by Mar Vista Security.

Mar Vista has a strict no-drone policy.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.
Liability & Housekeeping

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their party.

The cleaning fee covers check-in and check-out only; it does not include daily or excessive cleaning.

The Pinnacle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Safes are provided in bedrooms for valuables.
Retreat Reservation Terms
Hosted retreat reservations are non-refundable. Should plans change, payments made may be applied toward future dates within twenty-four (24) months, subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
