House Rules – The Pinnacle
For the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines during your stay at The Pinnacle.
Security & Wildlife

Please ensure all exterior doors are closed and locked when leaving the villa or retiring for the evening. Local wildlife, including raccoons and monkeys, are known to open doors and may cause damage.

To avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave food or beverages outdoors overnight.
Noise & Community Considerations

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and are enforced by Mar Vista Security.

Drones are not permitted within the Mar Vista community.

Access to the villa is reserved for registered guests unless prior approval has been granted.
Safety & Care

In-room safes are provided for your convenience. The Pinnacle is not responsible for unattended or unsecured items.

For safety, glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area; please use the provided acrylic alternatives.

Pool decks, patios, and stairways may be slippery when wet; please use care at all times.
Sustainability & Thoughtful Use

We kindly ask guests to conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use. To maintain proper function, please keep A/C units set above 21°C (69°F).

Turkish towels are provided for beach and boating use; pool and bath towels should remain at the villa.

Please treat all furnishings and amenities with care, as items are inventoried before and after each stay.
Departure Guidelines
Prior to departure, we kindly ask that you:

Leave beds unmade and place used towels on shower floors

Load and start the dishwasher

Empty trash bins
-
Return furniture to its original placement
-
Turn off all lights, A/C units, propane, and secure all doors and windows
Property Policies

Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Illegal substances, shamanic ceremonies, and plant medicine activities are not permitted.

Furniture should not be moved or used outside of its intended purpose.
General Policies & Disclaimers

Occupancy limits, local regulations, and community guidelines are strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

While every effort is made to ensure a seamless experience, The Pinnacle is not responsible for interruptions such as utility outages, nearby construction, or equipment malfunctions.

Guests assume responsibility for their safety while using the pool, terraces, and all outdoor areas.
